Club Vacaciones Plus Programme Terms and Conditions
1. The Club Vacaciones Plus Loyalty Programme (hereafter referred to as CVP or the Programme) is the property of Playa Montroig Camping Resort. Only a physical person can be a member of the Programme. It is essential to show your guest card in order to obtain benefits and points. The sale or exchange of any Programme benefit is forbidden.
2. CVP benefits and points can be obtained by all persons who are Programme members and who are accommodated in the Campsite paying a published, accepted single rate. Playa Montroig reserves the right to modify the list of services participating in the Programme at any time.
3. Programme members will earn points on the amount of their bill. No points will be given for accommodation other than that provided to the cardholder (unless it is occupied by that person’s minor children).
4. Guests can benefit from all the advantages of the Programme as soon as they identify themselves as CVP members. For this reason, when making a booking, guests should identify themselves as members and give their membership number.
5. In order for you to be able to use your points, CVP Customer Services must be in possession of your completed Programme application form.
6. The benefits obtained with the CVP Programme are not compatible with, nor can they be added to, any other Loyalty Programme, unless agreed to by Playa Montroig. CVP points cannot be transferred to third parties and they can only be credited to account of the cardholder who earns them. Each cardholder may have only one CVP account, and any other account he or she may have obtained or applied for will be cancelled.
7. The free stays earned with CVP points are subject to availability within a given allocation assigned to this Programme.
8. If the cardholder or beneficiary making a reservation using CVP points fails to use the stay without cancelling the reservation prior to the arrival date, the points used for that reservation will not be replaced in the cardholder’s account.
9. Playa Montroig reserves the right to cancel or change any of the CVP Programme conditions either totally or partially at any time. Playa Montroig will do everything possible to inform cardholders as soon as possible of any cancellation or change to the Programme and in any event will publish these on the Playa Montroig website. Playa Montroig accepts no responsibility for any loss or damages to the cardholder in such cases. In the event of the cancellation of a card, all points accumulated on that card will be automatically cancelled, with no right of compensation for the cardholder. Likewise, Playa Montroig reserves the right to cancel the participation in the CVP Programme of any member who makes inappropriate use of his or her membership.
10. The exchange equivalents between CVP points and free stays or prizes may be revised and modified by Playa Montroig at any time.
11. Playa Montroig accepts no responsibility for any correspondence lost or delayed in the post, or for any errors in the tariffs or descriptions or any typing errors in the printed material sent to cardholders, and it reserves the right to correct them.
12. If a cardholder has any query about the points earned, he or she should send a copy of the invoice and the CVP membership number to the CVP Customer Services Department, Playa Montroig, Apartado de Correos 3, 43300 Mont-roig, Tarragona, Spain, or by e-mail to the following address cvp@playamontroig.com ,
pin order for the corresponding points to be awarded. The cardholder has a period of six months from the date of the stay to make any claim referring to the points earned, after which time no claims will be accepted about any possible points earned.
13. Playa Montroig will do everything possible to e-mail a statement of account to all cardholders who have stayed at the campsite within the previous six months.
14. Any accounts that remain inactive for more than two years will be automatically cancelled and all points accumulated up to that time will be forfeited. A card will be understood to be inactive when a Programme cardholder has not made any purchase for more than two years. Points are valid for three years from the date they are issued and after that time cannot be exchanged.
15. When completing the CVP Programme application form, each cardholder expressly consents to his or data being compiled and processed in a file owned by Fomextur S.A. of Avenida Diagonal 601 5º B, 08028 Barcelona, Spain, and allows them to be ceded to other member companies of the group and firms associated with the CVP Loyalty Programme in the tourism, leisure, catering, hotel, and property sectors and the shared use of properties in Spain and other countries, with the aim of managing the operation of the CVP Programme, giving the best possible service to our customers, and to provide them with information on our products and services, as well as of those of concessionary companies and third parties related to the tourism, hotel, travel, catering, leisure, and recreation sectors, and the development and sale of property, all either on paper or by telematic means.

Likewise, he or she may also exercise his or her right to access, rectify, cancel and contest the personal data held by writing to the Department of Marketing Programmes, at the above address.
16. Playa Montroig must be informed in writing of any change in the name or address of the cardholder, either by post, e-mail or Internet at www.playamontroig.com.
17. The Terms and Conditions of the CVP Programme are governed by the current applicable legislation in Spain and in the case of any dispute the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Tarragona.
18. The CVP Programme is regulated from this time by these conditions and any former regulations are expressly cancelled.
