GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

Plots

Premium Deluxe - Premium Classic - Standard Deluxe

This booking allows you to demand the number and types of plot you wish during the mid, low and off-season. When requesting the booking you should indicate which plot you would like, giving one or more alternatives. If your chosen plot has already been booked by another guest, the management will offer you an available alternative, which you will be asked to confirm.

Payment on account.- A booking deposit of 20% of the price of the stay or a minimum of 150 euros is payable per plot.

Standard Classic

This booking allows you to reserve a Standard Classic plot during any season without specifying the location.

Payment on account..- The booking deposit is 150 euros per plot.

Plots

Pavilions/Mobile homes «New Port and Classic»

This contract allows you to book the type of Pavilion or Mobile Home you wish.

Combination of stays (minimum stays)

7 days 16/05 - 04/10/08 4 days 19/03 - 24/03/08 2 days 14/03 - 18/03/08, 25/03 - 15/05/08, 05/10 - 02/11/08

Payments on account

Bookings made before 31 January 2008.- Advance deposit of 30% of the price of the stay or a minimum of 150 euros when making the booking.

Bookings made after 31 January 2008.- Advance deposit of 50% of the price of the stay when making the booking.

CONDITIONS COMMON TO ALL CONTRACTS AND BOOKINGS

The accommodation will be available to guests as follows:

Plots: from 12 noon on the contracted or booked day of arrival (1 pm in High Season). Pavilions/Mobile Homes: from 4 pm on the contracted or booked day of arrival.

Accommodation must be vacated by:

Plots: before 12 noon on the contracted or booked day of departure. Pavilions/Mobile Homes: before 10 am on the contracted or booked day of departure.

If you do not occupy your booked or contracted plot, pavilion or mobile home on the arrival day or by 12 noon on the following day, the contract or booking will be automatically cancelled unless prior written notice of late arrival has been given. The unoccupied days will be charged at the current rates.

In the case of early departure, the following charges will apply:

Contracts: full payment of the whole contracted stay.
Bookings: 40% of the total price for the unused services.

Arrival and departure dates cannot be changed.

Maximum occupation:

per plot: 6 persons
per Mobile Home: 4 adults + 2 children per Pavilion: 4 persons.

The amounts on contracts must be paid at the beginning of the stay.

Any modification must be requested in writing and will be subject to availability.

The campsite-resort reserves the right to open and/or close areas or facilities in accordance with occupation, as well as to change a confirmed plot without prior notification in exceptional circumstances or in the case of force majeure.

Contracts and bookings are personal and not transferable.

In the case of cancellations the following administrative costs will apply:

12 euros per booking
25 euros per contract

Requests to cancel a contract or booking must be made in writing, signed and sent by fax to +34 977811411 or by e-mail to reservas@playamontroig.com.

Contracts and bookings will be confirmed automatically online, by e-mail or by post once the corresponding payment has been received.

Payments on account for contracts and bookings made by bank transfer must be paid into our bank account within 15 days of the date the letter or e-mail requesting the deposit was sent. Failure to make the stipulated payments within the established periods will result in the cancellation of the contract or booking.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Bookings

Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the date the accommodation is due to be occupied will result in the forfeiture of all amounts paid in advance.

For cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the date the accommodation is due to be occupied all amounts paid in advance will be refunded less 12 euros for administrative charges.

Contracts

For cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the date the accommodation is due to be occupied all amounts paid in advance will be refunded less 25 euros for administrative charges.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the date the accommodation is due to be occupied will result in the forfeiture of all amounts paid in advance.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Plots

Important! With the introduction of this new contracting and booking system with assigned plots with the aim of allowing efficient occupation planning management, it is strictly forbidden to change plot without the prior written permission of the reception, as well as to occupy any plots other than those assigned by the reception at check-in.

Plot prices include 2 persons + 1 caravan, tent or motorhome + 1 car or motorbike + 1 small tent for children + electricity (10 amps).
Any other installation or concept brought into the campsite or the exterior car parks will be charged as an extra on the daily fees according to the current tariffs.

Pavilions/Mobile homes « New port and Classic »

Pavilions are equipped with air conditioning, bed linen, towels, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

Mobile homes are equipped with air conditioning, bed linen, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

Cleaning surcharge: For stays of less than 3 days a surcharge of 25 euros + VAT per cleaning service will be made.

Guarantee deposit: At check-in, in addition to meeting the terms of the contracting and booking conditions, you will be asked to leave a deposit of 100 euros to cover any possible damage.

OTHER MOBILE HOMES

Equipment: Air conditioning, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

OUR PRICES ALSO INCLUDE:

Use of the swimming pools (heated).
Entrance to the "Fitness Center" gym.
Entrance to our "Rock `n' Roll" discotheque and "Pai-Pai" Cocktail Bar.
Use of all our sports facilities (except tennis and mini golf).
Participation in all the organised entertainment activities (except the Hobby-Center)
